Where to travel in Scotland

Edinburgh, start building your memories from this city, during the day this place is full of energy, walking around princess st,  and stop by the Scott monument then get lost in one of the small streets that goes to the royal mile.

Stirling, well connected to Edinburgh, rich in history and a beautiful landscape. The main attraction is the Wallace monument.

Inverness is not just a beautiful city due to its castle and river, but as the base to start your journey to the highlands. Many tourists use Inverness, as a cosy place to stay near the Loch Ness

Route 500, is a spectacular road trip where many wonders start in Inverness. This route will take you around the most breath-taking landscapes around the wildlife in the Scottish highlands.  Sandy and transparent beaches, different types of animals and unique cliffs will surprise you.

Skye Island, this famous destination, resumes all the beautiful sceneries that you can appreciate in the Scottish highlands. Wild spots are waiting for you, in here you will find a great quantity of beaches where ancient cliffs meet the sea, and mystic places like Old man of Storr. 

This is a popular destination so be ready to book in advance during summer time or if you like adventure the best way to visit Skye is doing wild camping.

Orkney Islands, These islands are so remote that tourism is mainly from the UK, but although are not famous, there are some unique historical places that you can visit. In fact Skara brae is a neolithic settlement older than Stonehenge and the Great Pyramids of Giza. 

These islands are a nice spot for wildlife watching and beautiful walks.

Fort Williams, Around this town there are many interesting things to do and is a great location to get an accommodation. Only a few miles from the urban area you will find Ben Nevis, the highest peak in the UK. 

Another nice location to visit is glenfinnan viaduct, is the longest concrete railway bridge   in Scotland and is featured in the Harry Potter movies.

When you leave to go back south you will pass from one of best roads ever, it goes through the GlenCoe, it is a magic view, you can’t miss it.

Glasgow, the last one but not the less important Glasgow offers the most vibrant nightlife. Its streets are full of places to enjoy food, drinks, live music and dancing clubs. 

It is also a wonderful walk in the city centre, where you can appreciate the Victorian architecture, and glasgow style architecture. Many are the murals that you will spot around the city.
